The tour is held in the medieval Prison Tower, located in the very heart of the picturesque ancient town of Castelvetro di Modena. It is the only Balsamic aging tower open to public tours. Our company is a small family-run production, and our vinegars are made according to the ancient tradition. We want to share our passion and respect towards the history with our guests.
